1. The occupation of the house will be from 3pm on the first day of the let and must be vacated by 11am on the last day of the let, unless previously agreed with owner. Late departures may be charged for at a daily rate of £50.
2. The number of people occupying the premises shall not exceed the number stated on the booking form, unless previously agreed with the owner.
3. The property let is to be used for the purpose of a holiday.
4. The hirer shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof.
5. The owner has the right to enter the property at any reasonable time.
6. The charge for the house is inclusive of reasonable use of electricity, bed linen & towels
7. To book the house a deposit of £50.00 (non- refundable) per week is required.
8. The house upon arrival will be clean and tidy, and it is requested that you leave it in a like fashion.
9. Pets are not normally allowed. Any exceptions will be by arrangement only. Any damages caused by pets will be charged for. A fully refundable deposit of £50.00 is required per stay, which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
10. You may be liable for any breakages, loss or damage to the house
11. The house is fitted with a smoke alarm and it is requested that you do not smoke in the house.
